1074788457 2004-01-22 Orphan No Violations Case 04-002, Met with Tom Pifer to inspect an area in wetland of Metro Park. Gas is bubbling thru ice and due to wind 0% lel. Ice is melted where bubbling persists. Topo map indicates clinton well at this location. Area has been flooded by the Metro parks system and well is under water. No notification from the Metro Parks pryor to flooding. Cost for replugging will be exspensive due to wetland. I recommend venting well at this time. I will contact Walt Berdell of the Metro Parks for venting well.
1095814234 2004-09-21 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Case # 04-002, Met with Walt Bredel of Lorain county Meto parks. Area has been developed in to wetlands. Thomas Pfeifer complained of a well in the wetland. Located the area where well was drilled but could find no bubbling in water. 2 of water in well location. Advised Walt Bredel to monitor area. If well begins to leak call Division. Sunny 65 degrees. Recommend closing case.
