0797239692 2014-07-18 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/18/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 2-vertical separators, and an underground brine vault within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1359576397 2013-01-30 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. The pump jack unit was installed approx. three feet off of the ground and sat atop a support unit constructed of heavy pipe. This type of installation was done because of the close proximity of the nearby river that is prone to flooding. The pump jack and wellhead were enclosed with a steel chain link fence with barbed wire and a locked gate. I could not determine the pressure of the casing or tubing as the gate was locked and I could not access the wellhead. No visible leaks were detected on the wellhead or adjacent piping and the area around the wellhead and pump jack was well maintained. There were several branches from trees located outside of the fenced area that were growing into the wellheaad area. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, two vertical oil and gas separator units, two gas meter sales runs with gas chart recorders, one small drip assembly and one small skid mounted electric powered natural gas compressor unit. There were two steel 55 gal. drums that contained spill clean up supplies located within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. The tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link fence with barbed wire and a locked gate.
1552839901 2019-03-08 Production Wells No Violations I conducted this compliance Inspected of this production well. The tank battery consisted of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 2-vertical separators, and 1-underground concreate brine vault located within an earthen impound. The earthen impound is within a chain link fence which is locked. Well identification is clearly posted at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No compliance issues were found at the time of this inspection.
