Located a shale well 5 from garage foundation in a pit underground. Well has a 3-bolt cap with valve and 1 line leading in home. 0% lel at well head and inside home. Gas line has a cap on line in house. Advised Dallas Townsend to call a contractor for a pressure test if you want to keep the well. Well must be registered with Division if you keep it for domestic use. Gave him I&O application, contactors list and brochure on orphan well program. |
