Then excavated at highest gas reading in parking lot found 1--inch pipe to get a distance to confirm where well head is located. Work was stopped to resume on Thursday.

1514309705 2017-11-30 Orphan No Violations Went to location to view site of potential orphan well. Based upon provided information, I located site of said well and observed that the asphalt that had been replaced as a result of excavating the area while looking for the well was sinking. At the time of this inspection, there was no smell of any gas nor evidence on the surface of a well. OWP file will be started.
