The tank battery was fenced with chain link, and the dike was free of vegetation and debris. This tank battery is shared with permits 2462 and 2527. Proper identification was posted, and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time. |
