0959055642 2015-07-27 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/27/2015. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, and 1-underground brine vault located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1039691089 2004-04-19 Production Wells No Violations Well is in production, 70 degrees, windy.
1357758676 2013-01-09 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing or casing as there were no gauges installed on either. There was a well identification sign posted on the pump jack unit. No visible leaks were detected on the wellhead or adjacent piping and the area around the wellhead and pump jack was well maintained. The tank battery contained one 210 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one gas meter run with a small drip assembly. The proper identification sign was posted on the tank and no visible leaks were detected on the tank or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and was nicely constructed with high sides and the area around the dike was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Shade #2 well.
