0512599028 2014-05-20 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 05/20/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel, 1,100 gal plastic tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
0590908311 2012-11-29 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. The pressure on the tubing was 40 psi. I could not determine the pressure on the casing as there was no gauge installed. The area around the wellhead and pump jack was well maintained and no visible leaks were detected. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one 25 bbl. plastic brine tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one drip assembly and a gas recording meter that was actively recording gas sales. The dike was in good shape and the area in and around the tank battery was well maintained. The proper identification signage was posted on the steel tank. I saw two empty 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks and one empty 210 bbl steel oil storage tank being stored outside of the tank battery and not connected to anything. I placed a call to Jeff Harmon of MFC Drilling and he advised me that these tanks are going to be hauled from this location in the near future. They will be taken to a company that will install new bottoms on the tanks and the tanks will be used at different locations.

The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-1,050 gal plastic tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
