The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl. steel tanks, 1-50 bbl. plastic tank that has collapsed and vegetation is growning out the top, and 1-vertical separator within an earthen dike (around the heat tube side of first 100-barrel steel tank area approximately 2 feet by three-foot old oil leak no current leakage visible). No well identification at well or tank battery. The well is not equipped with a 4.5-inch casing which is swaged to the flow line gate valves open. There is a pump jack pad with no pump jack. Tank battery is overgrown unable to visually check to see if valves are closed to confirm if well is shut in also the chart box with and old chart with no activity of production flow .

1812183610 2013-07-08 Final Restoration No Violations Spoke with landowner and we were shown the well, which was on the outer rim of a corn field, the landowner said she uses the well for domestic use but its production is spotty. The well is still in place and there are large rocks around the well. Final restoration does not pass.

No identification on well or tank battery.4.5 casing is swedged and connected to production line. No pressure gauges at well head or at tank battery. Pump jack is leaning and could tip over.
