The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

1099413921 2004-11-02 Production Wells No Violations Well is equipped with pumpjack, rods and tubing. 2-100 and 1-50 barrel tanks and separator in battery. Rain 60 degrees.
1174572831 2007-03-21 Production Wells Violations Noted Case # 07-003, Complaint called in by Rita Raimer through Attorney Generals office. Paraffin from steaming rods and tubing was buried at well site. MFC removed one dump truck load of soil and paraffin from well head and ten feet south of well head. Soil was replaced with a mixture of sand and top soil. Rough graded area due to wet conditions. MFC will finish grade and seed when ground conditions are dry. Rain, 35 degrees.
2064328639 2012-01-24 Production Wells No Violations On 01/24/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed a production well inpsection status check for DNR Ray Wallace. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
