1291828081 | 2010-12-08 | Orphan | No Violations | Called by Robert Martin at 7370 Westfield Rd, Medina. He was chisel plowing field and hit a 10.75 casing one foot under ground. No leakage of gas and top of plug was at 15. Researched well and found it was plugged in 1928 by Ohio Fuel Gas Co. as a dry hole. I advised Mr. Martin to have casing cut down to a minimum of 30. Attach a steel cap on casing and back fill hole. I gave well information to Mr. And Mrs. Martin. Snow, 25 degrees. |
