1083136722 | 2018-02-06 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I completed an inspection on this plugged and abandoned well because of the circumstances. When this well was drilled an event took place and well control was lost, the well was blowing gas and consequently caught on fire. A well control team came in and drilled a relief well about 55 feet away gained control of this well and cemented the drill string in place. Thus in just driving by this would appear to be an idle well. Although the well is plugged to surface solid with cement. |
