| 0481336701 | 2017-12-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the well equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a 8x4 inch diameter swage, 4.5 inch to 2.375 inch diameter casing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing with the valve open, as well as producing through a hollow polish rod. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine, tubing, and rods. There are (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, a vertical separator, drip tank, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. I spoke with the landowner and he says that he receives house gas from this well. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current. |
