| 1681322314 | 2018-08-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the well equipped with 7 inch diameter casing reduced down to 2 inch diameter tubing with the production valves closed. It is produced as an open-flow well. The production facility consists of (1) 100 barrel steel tank contained within an earthen dike. The facility is shared with permit numbers 2-3048, 2-3049, 2-3050, and 2-3051. The production records are current and the tank is properly identified. It will be noted that I spoke with Northwood contractor Mike Corp, during my inspection. Pictures were taken. |
