0361784611 | 2018-05-29 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. The site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation established and no substantial erosion. The well is equipped with 7 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and an electric motor. The production facility consists of (1) 100 barrel steel tank, drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current through 2016. |
