The tank battery is equipped with two 110 barrel oil storage tanks and a mechanical separator. The site was restored in accordance to the ORC. Preliminary Restoration passed.
1342452002 2012-07-16 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of the well head found the following equipment 4.5 production casing, 1.5 tubing& rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit . A single 100 barrel tank along with a separator and gas meter are present in an established dike with proper well identification present . Also present in containment dike is another 100 barrel for a different well in area owned by same producer.
1494320699 2018-02-12 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with the valve open and 1.5 inch diameter tubing with the valve open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with an electric motor, tubing, and rods. There is (1) 100 barrel steel tank, drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The production facility is shared with an additional well. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current.
