0443318225 2013-11-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The said well was spudded by on 11/15/2013 by Butches Rat Hole with 100 of 20 conductor being set and cemented to surface, A 20 diameter mouse hole is being drilled with a 16 pipe to be set and cemented by grouting to surface with a .500 thick steel plate on bottom.
1387763313 2013-12-22 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Orion Drilling is now rigged up on the hole with 515 of 13.375 surface casing set and cemented to surface by Halliburton cement services. The cement mix water was tested prior to cementing and no unusual chloride levels were found.
1468721566 2014-02-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Status check inspection on the cementing of the 9.625 intermediate casing string On this day I arrived on the tail end of the cement job with 480 sacks of class A cement being used with 33 barrels of cement returns to surface and the casing pressure tested to 1700 psi- 500 psi over lift pressure. All records received.
1501693200 2017-08-02 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found Mid Atlantic coil tubing service rigging up on the well in preparation to commence a clean out run on the 5.5 diameter production casing. The company will verify the well bore is unrestricted and then set a cast iron bridge plug in the 5.5 production casing above the toe sleeve valve and pressure test the casing. Next the company will run back in with a tubing conveyed perforated system on the coil tubing and perforate the 1st stage to be stimulated. Halliburton Pressure pumping services representatives are on location and preparing to mobilize their stimulation fleet. All stimulation support equipment will be placed on polymer containment. The well head assembly is a FMC brand.
1759103829 2017-08-21 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found Halliburton Pressure pumping service on location along with Allied Horizontal Wireline service. The wireline company is stimulation stage 12 of 39 to be completed. The stage was perforated with in 5 clusters of 9 shots each cluster between the depths of 11,093 and 10,961. The well head completion stack is a FMC 15K completion stack. All annular pressures are being monitored electronically and all completion support equipment is placed on polymer containment.
2084535698 2018-01-10 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations On site status check inspection found the company preparing to secure the well heads and subsurface well bores in anticipation of bringing in a drilling rig to drill additional wells on the pad. The wellbore is currently equipped with 5.5 diameter production casing with 2.875 diameter production tubing installed into the well head set on a down hole compression set down packer. The company has indicated they will mobilize KLX Slick line wireline service and set retrievable bridge plugs inside the 2.857 tubing that is set on a compression set down hook wall packer, the plug will be set at 6,509. Once the tubing is isolated the company will pull the tubing out of the packer and pull 10 joints of tubing and then hang the remaining tubing in the well bore off of a packer up hole near surface. A (BPR) back pressure valve will be installed inside well head B section before the well head is disassembled and a R-24 night cap is installed on the well head. All production equipment will be removed and the remaining well head will be below grade level.
