Addressing the well pad working area there is 3 completed wells in production on location with a Patterson Drilling rig 343 on location drilling additional wells on the pad with a primary earthen containment berm in place to control the surface fluids by the use of perimeter drainage sumps and valves with the drilling rig and support equipment being all placed on secondary polymer containment. Located on the North side of the well pad is the production fluid storage tank battery with a total of 8-300 barrel tanks located in a poly lined metal containment dike area. Allied well services performed the cement job. I explained to Bill about free water on top of a sample of cement slurry. The weight was good and held a constant of 15.4 lb/gallon to 16 lb/gallon. I took 2 samples of cement. There was approximate 30 barrel of cement slurry returns.

There are (8) producing wells, (8) gas processing units within steel containment, (8) 400-barrel steel production tanks within polymer lined steel containment, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present. Additionally, concrete Jersey barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 1,100 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 0 psi.
1490099052 2014-02-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations 02/10/14 Falcon rig # 20 is now on the hole drilling and the 24 surface borehole has been drilled to a depth of 398 and 378 of 18.625 surface casing has been ran and set with Allied Cement services on location to conduct the cement job, the cement mix water was tested prior to commencement of the cement job and the cement weight was verified 2 times during the cement job, there was 40 barrels of cement returns to surface and the casing was pressure tested to 630psi with a lift pressure of 140psi prior to the landing of the plug with no recorded pressure loss.
