0330432454 2015-05-11 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the following present on location- Stingray Pressure pumping services are on site along with Nine Energy wireline implementing the completion process on all 4 wells on location that have been drilled. All stimulation support equipment is on containment with the well pad berm serving as secondary containment with all site valves in the closed position during stimulation. The company does have personnel in place monitoring and testing any fluid that may accumulate before discharging takes place. Addressing the Preliminary Restoration the well pad construction phase is complete with adequate vegetation and erosion control being established in the affected areas, the well pad working surface shall remain as stone. 4-400 barrel production fluid storage tanks are present on location and all production flow lines are in place with some fine pluming connection to take place during the final completion phase. Preliminary Restoration passed on this day.
0453731931 2015-07-22 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found the well is now capable of production and Pro Flow testing service is completing the final flow testing process. 4 Gas processing units are present on location to support the existing wells.
0692282494 2014-07-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Status check inspection to witness the running of the 13.375 1st intermediate casing string, the 17.5 well bore total depth drilled has been reached at 2,351 and the drilling rig is running the 13.375 casing string and washing in the last casing joint, they have experienced difficulties with the red rock caving in and the well bore making large amounts of brine water at 15,000.
0829807915 2015-06-23 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection of the well completion process found Mercer Well Service rig on location and has recently completed the post drilling well bore clean out run with 2.875 production tubing set to a depth of 9,665. Pro FlowCompany flow back was on site to provide well flow back operations and testing. The production well head equipment is now in place and the crews are mopping up and preparing to move over to the McLaughlin well pad.
1232753290 2014-08-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Status check inspection on the drilling process found the 12.250 2nd intermediate well bore total drilling depth has been reached at 10,241 by Alpha Hunter rig # 7 with the rig currently running the 10,167 of 9.625 casing in the hole with 1,600 left to run and Halliburton cement services standing by to cement the casing.
1402953787 2014-06-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Rocky Mountain Drilling Inc. drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 110 feet and ran 110 feet of 26 inch 102.63#/ft. conductor pipe. Stingray Cementing was on site and gained circulation with 55bbls of fresh water. Stingray pumped 15bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented pipe with 273 sacks of class A cement with 2% CaCl and .25#/sack of Celluseal. Displaced cement with 58.3bbls of fresh water had good cement returns of 26bbls and cement stayed surface.
1404737730 2014-07-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On 07/07/2014 the 24 conductor borehole has been drilled to a depth of 358 by Patterson Drilling rig 209 with 362 of 18.625 J-55 casing ran, Calfrac well service is on location to cement the casing to surface using 523 sacks of class A 3% calcium .25 pound per sack cement with 30% open hole cement excess ran.
1406828299 2014-07-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On 07/31/14 the wellbore total drilling depth has been reached at 16,165 using a 8.5 diameter drill bit with a direction azimuth of 157.17 degrees and a TVD of 7,497 and horizontal lateral length of 7,737 with 16,153 of 23# 5.5 casing ran and Calfrac well service on site to cement the casing using a 4 part cement mix with a class A 187 sack lead # 1@ 12.8 ppg and a class A 404 sack lead # 2 @13.5 ppg and a class A 327 sack middle mix @ 13.5 ppg along with a final tail mix of 2013 sacks of class A 16.2 ppg 1.09 yield cement with a total calculated top of cement at 1,641.
1486999635 2017-02-13 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well in production and selling off the 2.875 production tubing tree. The well head did have annular monitoring gauges in place with zero pressure on the 13.375 and 2,500 psi on the 9.625 annular. The well is producing into a gas processing unit and selling into a main sales line. There is a tank farm consisting of a total of 4 tanks with the capacity of 400 barrels each with the tanks located inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. Proper well identification is posted at the well heads and location entry point. The company has also installed emergency shut down devices at each well head along with at each gas processing unit and at the location entry point and production tank farm.
1554903653 2019-04-10 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance. There are (4) producing wells equipped with a plunger lift system, (1) gas processing unit, (4) 400-barrel steel production tanks within steel containment, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the pad entrance. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 500 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 400 psi. The production records are current. I spoke with Company Representative Steve Habig during the inspection.
