0054967133 2017-12-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check on site inspection and well drilling update. Initially the 4 Atwater unit wells were spudded and conductor only was set. The company also set the mouse holes for the drilling operation. There is a steel plate set over the cellars and concrete barriers around the perimeter for safety purposes. No rig is present and only 4 of the 8 proposed wells on the pad were initially completed. The drilling permit expired 12/22/2017.
0951687885 2019-01-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found that only the conductor has been set, and a steel plate covers the cellar. There have been no changes since the previous inspection. There are (4) producing wells on the pad, and (4) additional wells that have had the conductor drilled and set. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wells. The drilling permit expired 12/22/2017. The company will be contacted about the future intentions of the well.
