0620537101 2017-04-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the well drilling process found Nomac Drilling rig 137 on location and currently skidding over to the # 5 well on location in preparation of spudding the 17.5 diameter surface borehole. Addressing the status of the # 4-
1489867979 2017-03-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with Nomac Drilling rig 137 on location along with Stingray Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 24 surface borehole to a measured depth of 698 with no mine void reportedly encountered. The rig ran 698 of 18.625 diameter 87.5 pound per foot J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a float shoe and collar casing equipment ran and proper centralizer placement demonstrated. The drilling rig established circulation while running the last 1/2 of the drill string. Stingray Cemented the casing by 1st pumping 25 barrels of 6% gel spacer followed by 216 barrels of Class A cement consisting of 1015 sacks of cement with 1.5% calcium chloride and .50 pound per sack flow seal. The cement was displaced with 202 barrels of fresh water and the casing pressure tested to 500 psi over displacement pressure upon the landing on the cement plug with cement returns witnessed to surface inside the cellar.
1866390296 2018-05-21 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found a total of 5 wells on the well pad and all 5 have had the drilling - stimulation and completion process stages completed. All wells have 2.875 production tubing set in the well bore. All production equipment is set and the wells are awaiting the initial flow back stages. A flow back company is on site identified as J&A Service, the company has flow back iron plumbed into each well head and is currently pressure testing their equipment to 8,000 pound per square inch working pressure before commencing the initial flow back production operations in the next 24 hours. All well bore annular pressure is being monitored and is being addressed accordingly with pressure reducing valves set to release pressure above line pressure of 1,000 psi.
1935107091 2018-04-24 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found the well drilling and completion process complete and a workover rig on location owned by Hybrid Drilling. The rig is completing the post stimulation drill out process and is drilling the completion plugs out between the depths of 10,314 and 17,452will set the 2.875 diameter production tubing when complete. The well head assembly is a Cactus Well head and will have a 15,000 (psi) pound per square inch rated tubing flow cross assembly consisting of 3 manual valves and an emergency shut down valve capable of being remotely operated by design when final hook up of the production equipment is complete. The well head A&B sections have double valves installed on both the outlet ports and flow line risers above grade level inside the cellars with pressure gauges installed to monitor annular pressures. The workover rig along with the well control Blow Out Preventer stack along with the well control flow back equipment is all owned by Hybrid Drilling Service. There is 5 total wells on location to be completed this being the 4th of 5 with only one left after this one. The company is monitoring and recording all annular pressures daily.
1968488721 2016-12-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location to witness Stingray Cementing LLC set a 26 inch diameter conductor into a 32 inch diameter borehole. When I arrived on location Gulfport was still setting the conductor into the hole but Stingray was on location and ready to hook up their equipment when Gulfport had finished. While cementing the conductor Stingray used 260 sacks of Class A cement with .25 part per sack of celluseal, 3% CaCl2, it weight 15.6 pounds per gallon, and the yield was 1.21. Stingray ran a 15 gallon fresh water gel and a 10 gallon fresh water spaces ahead of the cement. Stingray then ran about 56 gallons of cement and circulated it with 60 gallons of freshwater to surface. After circulation was finished we had 13 barrel of cement to surface.
