0042091749 2017-11-01 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation established in the affected area of the well pad construction disturbance and erosion control in place. The well pad entrance is gated with signage in place. The lease road and well pad is of a stone surface. Addressing the wells on the pad, the drilling process is now complete and the 6 wells on the pad are awaiting stimulation with night caps on the well heads. Gauges are in place to monitor annular pressures. The tin horn cellars have been filled in with river gravel with fluid recovery tubes set inside the cellars. Also on the well pad is the tank battery consisting of 8 steel construction 400 barrel capacity tanks that are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. The well pad perimeter is constructed of an earthen berm with 3 catch basin fluid discharge points with the drain valves in the closed position. Contract workers from Hall Drilling are on site erecting the sales line and vapor recovery system burners.
