0881390913 | 2019-03-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On this day, I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance. There are (6) wells on the pad that have been drilled, but not completed. Steel fencing surrounds the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. Also noted, each well has signage stating that a back pressure valve (BPV) is installed. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 0 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 0 psi. I spoke with Gulfport Representative Josh Starcher during the inspection. It was indicated that the wells may be completed in 2020. |
1198141643 | 2017-11-01 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the area affected by the well pad construction has vegetation established and erosion control in place. The lease road and well pad is of stone construction with the well pad entrance gated. Signage is present at the lease road entrance off of State Route 26. There are 6 wells on the pad that has been drilled but not completed. No production equipment has been placed on the well pad at the time of my inspection. |
1504103282 | 2017-08-30 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the well drilling process found Pioneer Drilling rig 73 on location and currently has reached their total drilling depth in the 8.5 production borehole at a measured depth of 18,706. The rig has pulled their drill string and is currently laying down the directional drilling assembly and drill bit. The well bore is static with 13 pound per gallon drilling mud in the hole. The company is cleaning up the rig floor and preparing to rig up Franks Casing crew to begin their 5.5 production casing run. |
1504104351 | 2017-08-30 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of inspection I accompanied ODNR Inspector William Stolarik and found that the Pioneer 73 rig reached a total measured depth of 18706 feet. They are pulling the drill string, and are getting ready to lay down their bottom hole assembly. The well bore is static with 13 pound mud in the hole. |

1911703175 | 2019-03-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On this day, I am accompanied by ODNR Southeast Supervisor Brent Bear to conduct a follow-up inspection in regard to annular pressures. The current pressure reading on the 9.625 inch diameter casing is 0 pounds per square inch, and the pressure on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing is 0 psi. |

-Tex cement service cemented the casing using a 446 barrel lead cement mix followed by a 372 barrel tail cement mix with 238 barrels of cement witnessed to surface. The casing floats held and the rig is skidding to the next well on the pad to drill the vertical section. | |
