0216330464 2018-07-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the Patterson 803 rig drilling the 12.25 inch diameter deep intermediate section at a depth of 3,884 feet with an azimuth of 263.64 degrees and an inclination of 18.75 degrees. The projected total depth of this section is approximately 10,500 feet. Annular pressure monitoring was discussed with Company Man, Dewayne Finney, and advised to monitor while drilling.
0617421093 2018-04-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the Decker 8 rig drilling the 17.5 inch diameter wellbore at a depth of 1,090 feet. I spoke with CNX Company Man Tim Conley. The estimated total depth of this wellbore is approximately 2,600 feet. The mine void on this well was encountered from a depth of 713-723 feet. The Patterson 803 rig is projected to move onto this location to complete the lateral portions of the wells.
1468061729 2018-03-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Stopped by drill site for update on upcoming casing job, Decker Drilling on site and they drilled 24inch hole to a depth of 808 and were preparing to run 768 of 18.625 inch casing and Halliburton will cement it in place.

1473026040 2018-03-22 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness cement operations on the conductor casing. Express Energy was on location with 2 auger rigs, 1 bulk cement truck, and one pump truck. The borehole was 32 inches in diameter and was drilled to 100 feet in depth. A 26 inch diameter conductor was set on bottom of the borehole at 100 feet. Express held a pre job safety meeting with all personnel on location. Following the safety meeting Expressed plumbed up to the casing and pumped 10 barrels of fresh water ahead of 240 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and 55.7 barrels of fresh water for displacement. 10 feet of cement was left within the casing and cement circulated to surface.
1539106378 2018-10-09 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found 4 wells present on the pad and the well drilling process complete on all 4 wells. Keane Pressure pumping Service is on location and 2 of the 4 wells present have had the stimulation process complete. The said well is complete with 48 stages being stimulated with the last initial shut in pressure being 6,259 pounds pressure before the isolation plug was set. All annular pressures are monitored electronically during stimulation and while the remainder of the wells on the pad are being stimulated.
1548294939 2019-01-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. Site meets 1509.072 (A) Vegetation is established with no substantial erosion. I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance. There are (4) producing wells, (4) gas processing units (GPU), (4) 400-barrel and (1) 100-barrel steel production tanks within polymer lined steel containment, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the pad entrance. Additionally, concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads and the GPUs. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 1,000 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 780 psi.

1708066906 2018-04-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day, I am onsite to witness the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing cement job with Halliburton Energy Services. The Decker 8 rig drilled a 17.5-inch diameter borehole to a depth of 2,662 feet from a KB of 12 feet. Then, 2,581 feet of 13.375-inch diameter J-55 54.50 lb./ft. casing was inserted into the wellbore. Halliburton Energy Services initially pumped 50 barrels of 6% gel spacer, followed by 6 barrels of fresh water spacer. They cemented the casing with 357 barrels total volume of 1,660 sacks of Class A cement with a 1.21 yield, and a weight of 15.8 pounds per gallon. It was displaced with 392 barrels of fresh water The plug landed with 1,040 pounds per square inch, and then pressured up to 1,800 pounds per square inch and held for 5 minutes. 32 barrels of cement returns were brought to surface.
