1544541643 2018-12-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 10:00 am to witness the conductor casing cement job with Precision Rathole Inc and C&J Cement Service. The well was spudded on 12/10/2018 by Precision Rathole who drilled a 30 diameter conductor borehole to a measured depth of 120 from ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth 120 of 24 diameter .375 wall thickness weld connection conductor pipe was ran into the well bore. C&J Cement Service cemented the casing using a 65 barrel cement mix consisting of 305 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon by weight of scale with 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water with 20 barrels of cement returns witnessed to surface. The cement returns stayed up to surface inside the tin horn cellar and did not fall back. The job was delayed due to the cementers arriving late and having trouble with the lines on the truck being froze.
1551266554 2019-02-27 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Status check inspection on the surface casing cement job found H&P Drilling rig 608 on location and rigged up on the said well. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 401 with the depth measured from a drilling rig floor heigth f 28.6 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the rig pulled the drill string and inserted 352 of 13.375 casing. The casing was cemented with a 94.5 barrel cement mix consisting of 450 sacks of class A cement. The cement was displaced to the float collar with 48 barrels of fresh water. The final lift pressure was 230 pounds pressure and the casing test pressure was1,020 pounds pressure. 20 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface.
