I spoke with, Dean Christman owner of DC Oil and Gas, and he stated that the well was topped off with 41 sacks of class A cement. The cement stayed at surface, the casing was cut off 3 feet below grade level, and a steel plate with permit number was placed on top of the casing. The location has been graded, seeded, and mulched. A follow up inspection will be completed for final restoration. |
