0096978978 2019-03-28 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am accompanied by ODNR Survey Technician Josh Simmerman to assist in the verification of the well coordinates.
1759821816 2019-03-21 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing set on a hanger inside 6.625 inch diameter casing, 2 inch diameter tubing, and a 1 inch diameter gas escape packer. A plastic flowline is attached to the tubing with no valve present. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and an electric motor. Thick vegetation surrounds the unit. The production facility consists of (2) steel storage tanks of an unknown capacity (each approximately 50 barrels or less). They appear to be associated with additional well(s) indicated by multiple flowlines running into the tank. No identification is present at the well or tanks. Multiple pictures were taken. It will be noted that I spoke with landowner William Gallagher during the inspection.
