| 1028186310 | 2019-03-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the well equipped with approximately 8.625 inch diameter casing and 2 inch diameter tubing with rods inserted. A pole rig mast has fallen across the top of the wellhead, breaking the tubing and bending the rods. It appears to have a smaller casing size inserted into the wellbore, of an unknown diameter. It is setup with a grasshopper style pumping unit attached to a steel shackle line, but does not appear to be in use. There are no flowlines attached at the wellhead, and there is no production equipment associated with the well. No identification is present. |
