1447795332 2015-11-17 Production Wells No Violations Production well status check inspection found the well equipped with 4.875 casing -2 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit and both the casing and tubing flowlines connected and a 1 vent packer string in place. A single 1000 barrel production tank is present. The well is being used primarily for domestic house gas purposes and the producer Mr. Pat Shapley who accompanied me on this day indicated the well was originally drilled in 1914 to the Kenner sand formation and deepened to the Berea Sand in 1954.
1516805037 2018-01-24 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with 5.187 diameter production casing and 2 diameter production tubing with production rods installed in the production tubing. Attached to the casing and tubing well heads is 1 diameter production flow lines with valves present inline and in the open position. The well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. On location near the well head is a 100 barrel steel production tank that is located inside an earthen dike area. Proper owner and well identification is posted on the production tank.
