0747884143 2016-03-02 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with a 2 tubing string only reduced down and selling into a 1 plastic sales line with the production valves in the open position. The well is not registered with the Division.
2128492176 2016-12-15 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location today with Inspector Bill Stolarick as a training oppurtunity for plugging. Harmon Well Services ran 1 inch diameter tubing into the well to 1537 to cement the shot hole. Formation Cementing pumped 10 barrels of gel ahead of the cement and then pumped 100 sacks of cement down hole to fill up the shot hole. Harmon Well Services then pulled the tubing to 1100 feet and Formation then circulated the hole clean.
