1533216127 2018-08-02 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with a 6.625 diameter casing string along with a 5.187 diameter casing string set as a liner. There is 2 diameter production tubing set in the well bore with pumping rods in the tubing. The 1 tubing valve is closed. There is a 2 flowline and valve hooked to the casing head and the valve is in the open position. The well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit with no drive motor or engine present on the unit. A single 100 barrel production fluid storage tank is present on location near the well head. The last known registered owner has not reported commercial production or been present in the field for a period of time possibly over 10 years and another individual with the name of Benninger was the last known individual to produce the well.
1842183034 2017-02-21 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the following equipment present at the well head. Wooden conductor set to a unknown depth along with a 6.625 diameter string and a 5.187 diameter string with a 2 diameter production tubing. There is a well head attached to the 5.187 string and a tubing head on the 2 with production rods inserted in the tubing string and the well set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. The casing and tubing well heads have production flow lines attached with a 1 line on the casing and both 1 & 2 lines attached to the 2 tubing head. The casing line feeds into a 2 line that is severed and leaking gas across the road. One of the 1tubing head line runs a measured distance of 111 from the well head and is standing open to the atmosphere with visible signs of oil deposits on the earths surface, there is a inline valve that is currently closed. There is also a 2 steel line running from the opposite side of the tubing head to a production tank that appears to be of approximate volume of 75 barrels and has a 3 outlet near the bottom with signs of where product is being discharged from the tank onto the earths surface. The tank is an older tank of rivet seam design and is not of standard size. There is a dike in place around the tank. No identification is present at the well or production tank however there is signs of regular activity at both with a newer drive motor on the pumping unit. The well sits a measured distance of 15 from a tributary stream that feeds directly into the Little Muskingum River that is approximately 100 yards away. I have had previous discussion with a Mike Cisler who indicated at one point to be producing the well. There was also an old Chiefs order against the producer and all the wells on the Victor Petroleum Bond.
