1501790669 2013-07-25 Production Wells No Violations Inspection and identification of the said well per request of John Harmon in order for Harmons well service to register the well. Inspection of the well head found the following equipment present: 6.625 production casing- 2 production tubing with the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit and the production valves open. A single 100 barrel production tank is located in a established dike. No environmental issues are present.
