1439500464 2015-10-27 Final Restoration No Violations Arriving at the location of the GPS coordinates I found no evidence of a well that was plugged in 1942. the area was covered in a mature forest. However the pond near by and what would be down hill there appeared a skim of an oily substance when agitated separated but did not break up. There were also a few bubbles that appeared in the water. I was not able to discern where the oily substance originated from. I have attached pictures to the file.
