0988692041 2015-11-03 Production Wells No Violations There was no discernable lease road no signs of recent travel or repeated travel to this well. The polish rod was all the way down, however the unit was in the full upstroke position indicating that the polish rod had slipped. The area on the rod where the liner would travel was very rusted indicating that the liner slipped a very long time ago. The valve on the tubing was closed the valve on the 4 1/2 was mostly closed. There was no electric motor on the unit. This well is idle.
1288648840 2016-01-11 Production Wells No Violations This well is currently equipped with a pump jack and a 4 1/2 inch well head with inch tubing and production line. The polishing rod on the pump jack is rusted and the pump arm is not currently attached to the rod. The wells valves are shut in but, the company has reported production on the lease. The well is capable of production but is currently shut in. I spoke with Pat Irving of Atlas and he informed me they ere rotating what wells would be open and closed on the lease to determine which would be good for production and which needed to be plugged. I told him I would be in contact with him at a later date and time to see what was going to happen to the wells. I will return to this lease at a later date and time to see if any change has occurred. No issues to report at this time.

1552655417 2014-03-31 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Action Follow-up -2083947286: Mark called and stated this well was back in production but the only change I found was that the valve was slightly open on the 4.5. The valve on the tubing was still shut and there was still no motor on the pumpjack. There appeared to be some flow line work at the shared dike but it was unclear whether or not it was related to this well. I talked with Mark and he stated that they are flowing gas back into the meter and it is currently selling gas.

2083947286 2012-12-27 Production Wells Violations Noted Well is sitting idle and equipped with 8, 4.5 casing, tubing, and rusted rod. The pumpjack has no motor and electric box is disconnected. The valves on casing are closed. Well is tied in with 5 other wells at the tank battery. There are two 100 barrel tanks and a separator. There is a current chart on the meter and last recorded production was in 2011.
