0848862944 2014-11-04 Administrative Inspection No Violations As a landowner request, locate and flag approximate location of the well accompanied by Inspector Jeff Fry.
1165352946 2014-11-06 Administrative Inspection No Violations met with the landowner and the local well tender (Mr. Roy Underwood/Fishburn) to discuss the historical aspects of transportation/production equipment located on the landowners tract. The equipment consists of a 3 metal pipeline (with welded joints) coming up out of the ground and concrete pad located behind his house. The end of the pipe has a base plate bolted on, and no pipeline markers were noted. Mr. Underwood believed it to be the abandoned remnants of a 3 gas gathering system which went North to Edison.
