Oil has stained ground below hole in pipe run. The base of the 210 bbl tank is leaking at the manway and along the seam of the tank. Residual oil in tank has recently released from the base of the tank and stained and burned grasses and ground around tank. Tank appears to have about 1 to 1.5 feet of residual oil remaining in tank.1/2/07; Tank has been removed and site cleaned up. Well will be plugged when ground freezes.

Fishburn was taking out the tank that had a leak in it and were cleaning up the mess from the leak. They plan to return to finish tanks and lines and plugging the well when the ground freezes up.

A ready mix cement truck was used to set the surface plug. 81 sacks (3 yards) of cement was gravity fed into the well bore. The well took the first two yards of cement so another yard was ordered to top it off. The cement maintained its level at three feet below surface grade.
