1339526153 2012-06-12 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspected the Reynolds #1 (#3225) as part of a standard status check. No production was reported in 2011. Inspection of the well on 6/12/2012 revealed the well incapable of production. The pump jack has been un-hooked and the rods and tubing and the 4.5 casing have been removed and are laying next to the well. It appears an attempt at a workover was stopped due to unknown reasons. No well identification is legible at the well or tanks. The well shall be plugged or returned to production. Talked to Chuck Freeman (Fishburn) on 6/12/2012 and they have fixed the well and it is ready to be put back together and production. He said it is on their list for the service rig.
