1114532126 2016-11-15 Production Wells No Violations I met with Tom Smith of Surveying and went in to the well site and could not find the well with his equipment. He will try another method to locate the well. The well will be going on the Idle and Orphan lists.
1479222397 2016-11-09 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations The well was not found on the day of my inspection per the coordinates that was provided by the Division of Oil and Gas. There were no pipes or tank found at the site. I will further investigate the records.
