1489085956	2017-03-09	Production Wells	Violations Noted -210 barrel steel tank battery not in use due to the line being removed. There is no identification at the tank or at the well. I called the Company and explained to Jim Berry that I need the gas leak fixed immediately. The line needs to be re-attached when the property is drier. I will give the company 60 days on the raising and re-attaching of the electric line and posting the identification. There are no other violations noted at this time.

This would be a follow-up inspection to Complaint 5550 and Compliance Notice number 1489085956. The complainant called and stated no one has completed the issues. I called and talked to Alan Berry at 740-260-0421. He is working on the issues and getting the logistics worked out. I stated to Alan Berry to call John James and keep him in the Phone Trail.
