1963428743 2018-07-03 Production Wells No Violations The inspection was conducted under dry, hot and humid conditions. The temperature is 82 degrees Fahrenheit. The purpose of my inspection is due to a Compliance Notice Follow-up to number -279481648 based on complaint number 5621. I was accompanied by Brian Bilotovich the complainant and Mike Williams with American Electric Power. The well is currently idle with no identification posted at the well. The well consists of a Con-Coil system, 4.5 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing valve open and the 1 inch high pressure line is going to the flowline with and closed 2 inch valve. There is 70 psi on the pressure gauge. There is no tank for this well. There is a black plastic line going across the lease road that will need buried or enclosed within a casing.
