Petroset is going to cement casing in place. They ran 300 sacks of regular Class A cement. They had good circulation and 15 barrel of returns.
0843787095 2014-03-20 Plug / Plug Back No Violations MFC ran 1.5tubing in to depth of 1315 and set plug at bottom of surface. The plug was set from 1315-1115and set 44 sacks. Then well did not circulate so the tubing was all pulled and set brush and stone plug at 600. Then pump a water spacer. Then set 200-0 of a surface plug with 57 sacks regular class A cement. The cement did not drop back.
1376505025 2013-08-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I met with Maric drilling at site and looked at the location. The drill rig is not on site yet. Spoon excavating is setting up equipment and pits.
1377112437 2013-08-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Maric drilling is setting intermittent string thru the Berea. 1077 is the top of the first Berea and 1135is the top of the second Berea. 1160 is where the drilling was out of the Berea. They ran a total of 1218 of 8.625casing that is 23lb/ft range 3 and ran 6 Centrilizers. On joints 1,5,9,13,17,28. Did not run a shoe or a baffle and insert. Drilled an 11open hole on fluid to 1270with good circulation. There were 13 barrel of slurry returns.
1386175697 2013-12-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations MFC moved a service rig in to drill out the latch down plug and baffle and the float shoe. Rig is running 2.375upset tubing at 4.75lb/ft .
1386599407 2013-12-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Drilled to total depth of 5950. The rig is swabbing back to kick off the gas.
1394714490 2014-03-13 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Well is being plugged after evaluating the well. MFC is plugging on current drilling permit. MFC is setting bottom plug at 5960. Cemenco will run 60 sacks of regular class A cement. Set plug from 5960-5560. Open hole is 4.875and into the 5.5casing with the bottom of the casing at 5871.
1395073541 2014-03-17 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Appalachian wireline was in on location to shoot 5.5casing off. The top of the cement was calculated to be at 4971. The company shot casing off at 4745.
1395175664 2014-03-18 Plug / Plug Back No Violations The company rig tried to pull 5.5casing and was pulling 105,000lbs/ft. Cemenco was pumping on casing and had pressure up to 1,000 psi. They pressured up and released several times. The wireline company Appalachian was in to run a bond log and then shoot pipe for the second time. The bond showed that around 4300 was where the top of the cave in was. They shot at 4200. Then pulled to 4115 and spotted plug from 4115-3815. Pulled up to Big Lime and set plug at 2785-2485. Since the plugs did not circulate there was Calcium Chloride and cotton seed hulls ran on Big lime plug. The decision was made to pull all the 5.5casing and tag plug on 3-19-14 and then finish plugging thru tubing.
1426605327 2015-03-17 Final Restoration No Violations Final Restoration passed on 3-17-15 by Patrick Shreve. Well was plugged in compliance OAC 1501-9-11. The land was restored back under ORC 1509.072.
