0062487714 2012-11-19 Orphan No Violations Well has old 8.625casing with 2tubing and 1tubing down inside of itself. There is no well head there and it is open. There is crude down about 20 and the well is gassing thru the crude oil. The creek is 3 away and the casing is setting in a wet run going down to the creek. Nick Wilder is Landowner in on site with me . This is in reqrds to complaint #4109.
1243350239 2013-03-26 Orphan No Violations Brent Bear and I went in to location and found well is still at same depth with the crude and the gassing has slowwed way down. There has been no change. Pictures and coordinates were took. We assessed the location.
1851963187 2013-04-26 Orphan No Violations A follow-up inspection revealed that the well status changed since the last inspection. Casing calipers were placed around the outside of the above ground casing to show 8.5 diameter. The observed downhole fluid did not exhibit any gas bubbling. A natural gas odor was also not smelled or detected at the surface with a gas meter. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for a potential entry point.

2011742106 2013-03-26 Orphan No Violations An inspection conducted with Mineral Resources Inspector 3, Mr. Pat Shreve, revealed a well that consisted of an 8.99 outside diameter steel casing with no wellhead (circumference measurement taken), 2 diameter tubing and a corroded/rusted 1 diameter tubing that was parted at the top. The 2 and 1 tubing were both approx 1 down below top of collar on 8.99 casing. The 8.99 casing was situated on an eroding creek bank, 54 above the ground and located 2 away from a creek with a steady flow (Note: Recent rainfall event). Inside the 8.99 casing, gas bubbling was observed within a fluid that resembled crude at approx 20-25. There were no observed signs of fluid discharge at the surface. A natural gas odor was not smelled or detected with a meter at the surface. The location above the well contained pooled water, due to the terrain and a recent rainfall event. Prior to the plugging and abandonment of this well, recommend a discussion of stability for rig setup with contractors. Access to this well location will also require stream crossing, brush/tree removal and possible culvert installation. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for potential rig entry into the well location.
