0718066088 2016-03-03 Orphan No Violations My inspection this day with DOGRM inspector for Noble County, Eric Conrad, was to gather information regarding this idle well. Winter is the only time the well can be walked to as Muskingum Watershed Conservation District (MWCD) will soon be releasing water back into Seneca Lake. The well lies within the low water level of the lake and consists of 5.5 OD casing with 2 tubing cemented in at the surface. The 2 tubing is open and the 5.5 casing is about 2 above ground level. There was no odor or show this day. There is a piece of 8.625 surface casing laying on the ground near the well. There is also 2 steel line and cable scattered around the location and heading north along the edge of the lake. All but 90 of the access road is on MWCD and there will need to be a separate ROE for this 90. This location will need mats around the well for the rig to stabilize. Records show this well abandoned in 1939 after being drilled to the Berea Ss. at 1402. Pictures taken, SEM is 188

1226893153 2017-03-22 Orphan No Violations Orphan well status inspection, accompanied by DOGRM Geologist Jake Glascock: Upon inspection, it is observed that the well is currently partially exposed due to seasonally lowered water levels in Seneca Lake. The well is not leaking oil, gas, or brine. Photos were taken of the well and the existing access road to P#20093, which will be used to access this well for plugging.
1288812296 2016-02-29 Production Wells No Violations I met with Mark Swagger, John Watkins, and Bradley Janssen with the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District at the well site entrance. I was also accompanied by Doug Bennett. The well is equipped with 5.5 casing with 2 tubing cemented in place at the surface. I will refer the well to the idle & orphan program for consideration.
