The identification indicates that Miley Gas Company is well owner. Mr. Miley stated in a recent conversation that he is preparing the paper work to register the wells.
0598006464 2012-04-30 Orphan No Violations Inspection of the well found 4.5 production casing -2 intermediate string and 1 tubing string with 1 hooked up and valves open ,Inspector will note 4 and 2 are standing open and a commercial meter and sales line sits 20 yards to east of well but is shut in .
0979441112 2014-11-18 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5 casing (open at surface) with two inch tubing set inside of it. Inside the two inch tubing is a string of one inch tubing. A valve on the one inch tubing is open. A drip and a domestic gas meter are set thirty feet away. Further research is needed to determine ownership.
1162811657 2014-11-19 Production Wells No Violations I called Jeff Miley of Miley Gas Company at 8:30 AM and spoke to him about the well. Mr. Miley stated that he owned the well and he thought it was on his bond. I informed him that the well was not on his bond and I instructed Mr. Miley to place the well on his bond within ninety days.
