I called Robert Miley the current land owner and local oil and gas operator. Mr. Miley directed me to Paul Miley who was the son of John C Miley the land owner when the well was drilled. Paul told me that the well was not productive after being perforated with 150 shots extending from the top of the Clinton to the bottom of the Medina, including the shale formations between them, and it was plugged by Leader Equities Inc. in 1980 or 1981. |
