Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 50 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one chart meter. All equipment was within an earthen dike and the tanks were shared with 3412123607 and 3412123606. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank.
