0073793235 2014-11-03 Production Wells No Violations At 2:36 PM on November 2, I received a telephone call from Rolfe Frakes owner of the well. Mr. Frakes stated that a small leak in the flow line allowed a small unknown quantity of crude oil to escape. My inspection finds that an area 3 x 5 of soil is saturated with oil. Mr. Frakes is onsite cleaning the affected area. The well has been equipped with a pumping unit since the last inspection.
