0243904186 2019-04-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, 37-barrel plastic brine storage tank, vertical separator, drip, and 1.5-inch diameter meter run with rotary style meter and chart recorder. There was a domestic gas supply in the production area supplied through a little joe regulator, positive shut off drip, rotary style domestic meter and 1-inch diameter plastic line. The well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing with rods and a pumping unit. Identification was present on the production equipment, and production was reported for 2017.
0406256617 2012-06-06 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of the well head found the following -7 surface casing -4.5 production casing -1.5 tubing & rods ,with the production valves closed and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit. A 100 barrel tank & 1600 gallon plastic tank, separator and gas meter with a current chart are present in a established dike with proper well identification.
