1078267237 2019-03-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.875-inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production with all valves in the open position. Production equipment included eight 400-barrel steel production fluid storage tanks, and a gas processing unit and a combustor the tanks and gas processing unit were enclosed in secondary containment. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a midstream valve site on the south west corner of the pad. Identification was present on the well and production equipment and production was reported for 2018.
