0227421116 2017-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a producing well. The pad is named Roberts and there are a total of two wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead and a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Gauges present read 380 pounds per square inch on the casing and 210 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consists of ten 400 barrel tanks within a lined steel containment, two gas production units within a lined steel containment, one compressor, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in is located on the south side of the pad. The production records are current, the identification was located at the wellhead and gas production unit, and there were no violations present.
0283958520 2013-08-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the rig is drilling 17.5 hole at a depth of 421.
0309629287 2018-06-12 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 312 pounds per square inch, 344 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 820 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 90 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of tin 400 barrel tanks, two gas production units, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.
0594712809 2015-01-29 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well appears capable of production. The tank battery consists of ten 500 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined liquid tight containment. The tank battery is shared by another well on the pad.
0831729026 2014-01-28 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection finds the preliminary restoration requirements have been met. The tank battery consists of ten 400 bbl tanks.
0889114719 2013-08-16 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The rig ran 13.375 casing to a depth of 2273. Allied cemented it in place with 2462 sks of Class A cement.
1075667068 2014-03-31 Production Wells No Violations My inspection finds well is in production. The tank battery consists of ten 400 bbl tanks that are shared with one other well. The identification is posted as required. An oil tanker is onsite loading product at the time of my inspection.
1106996146 2017-11-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a producing well. The pad is named Roberts and there are a total of two wells on this pad.
