0347197336 2016-03-21 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production with a tubing plunger lift system. The tank battery is comprised of ten 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight plastic lined steel containment. A separate containment area holds two production units.
0914321980 2013-08-27 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site to witness cementing operations. Patterson drilling ran 422 of J-55 18.625 casing. Allied cemented the casing in place with 817 sks of class A cement. I witnessed 80 bbl of cement returns.
1020866096 2013-07-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness cementing of the conductor casing. Allied cemented 100 of 26 casing in place with class A cement. The cement stayed at surface.
1076420719 2014-01-28 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection finds the preliminary restoration requirements have been met. The tank battery consists of ten 400 bbl tanks.
1187644361 2013-09-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the well is being drilled at a depth of 9745. I tested a puddle by a water drain sump for chlorides. The quantab test did not show any elevated chlorides.
1296498708 2013-08-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site to witness cementing of casing Patterson rig 316 drilled to a depth of 2285 of 17.500 hole and ran 2279 of 13.375 casing and cemented it in place with 2174 sacks of cement with 3 bbl returns and casing was equipped with guide shoe and float collar and 15 cemntailizer and mix water was verified as fresh.
1317356150 2018-11-01 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.375-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 270 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 40 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit that was inside of secondary containment, as well as 10- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks that were on a separate pad to the south, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was midstream equipment on the Northern Corner of the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
1528897528 2018-06-12 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 365 pounds per square inch, 386 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 25 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 280 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of tin 400 barrel tanks, two gas production units, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.
1557749197 2014-03-31 Production Wells No Violations My inspection finds well is in production. The tank battery consists of ten 400 bbl tanks that are shared with one other well. The identification is posted as required. An oil tanker is onsite loading product at the time of my inspection.
1615370251 2017-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a producing well. The pad is named Roberts and there are a total of two wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead and a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Gauges present read 400 pounds per square inch on the casing and 300 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consists of ten 400 barrel tanks within a lined steel containment, two gas production units within a lined steel containment, one compressor, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in is located on the south side of the pad. The production records are current, the identification was located at the wellhead and gas production unit, and there were no violations present.
1647954188 2015-01-29 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well appears capable of production. The tank battery consists of ten 500 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined liquid tight containment. The tank battery is shared by another well on the pad.
1758403915 2017-01-11 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a producing well. There are two wells on this pad; 3412124412 and 3412124411. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production valves are open. The production equipment consists of two gas processing units, ten 400 barrel tanks within containment, and two flare stacks. The production records are current, identification is located on the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
